Hi there! I’m honored and thrilled that you are taking the time to get to know more about LFSC through our website. Perhaps you’ve heard about us through a friend or seen our smiling faces at a local fundraising event.
​
Whatever brought you here- I’m so glad our paths have crossed at this time. I believe everything happens for a reason.
Allow me to introduce myself and share a bit about my journey.
​
I have a wealth of life experiences that I believe have helped shaped who I am today. As a survivor of domestic abuse, homelessness, addiction and obesity to name a few, I can assure you, becoming the director of a non-profit was not something I ever thought I’d ever do.
​
However, I must admit I’ve always had a passion to help people see their potential.
​
I have 20+ years of experience of being both a teacher and a student of life. I’ve raised 6 boys, and an ex-husband, worked in small companies, and corporate America. However, I knew there was more to life than just this.
​
After joining forces with people of like-mind, I am now able to say that I’m a public speaker, entrepreneur, I own a wellness center in Minnetonka, Minnesota. and have founded this non-profit organization.
​
This is why I founded and have devoted my life to this cause. Because I haven’t given up faith in humanity, and I believe that many others haven’t either.
​
It won’t take you long to discover that I’m an artist and insert creativity into any project I am doing. Nothing stimulates my mind and cleanses my soul like a new creative endeavor, especially when I get to collaborate with others. I tend to dream big, and never fail to deliver on something I’ve set my mind to do.
​
Through the work that LFSC does, I've been able to nurture my own creativity, as well as the creativity of many others.
​
Above all, I believe there’s still good in this world, and it’s worth fighting for.
​
I believe we are all connected on some level and my goal is to join forces with like-minded people and initiatives who are driven to work together and do more good in this world.
